What is
Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a dry finishing process, using finely ground particles of pigment and resin that are generally electro-statically charged and sprayed onto electrically-grounded parts. The charged powder particles adhere to the parts and are held there until melted and fused into a smooth coating in curing oven, resulting in a uniform and durable high-quality finish.

- In house burn off or strip.
- In house sandblasting. - epic powder coating will not farm out your parts for sandblasting. For quality control purposes your part will remain at our facility from start to finish.
- Part masking, and plugging.
- Powder coating performed.
- Product inspected for quality. - If your part fails are quality control inspection and is red tagged, we will look into the problem and correct it immediately.
- Parts green tagged for customer pick up or delivery.
- We offer COMPLETE outdoor furniture restoration as well as offer strap only and sling only services for residential and commercial outdoor furniture.
- We offer pick up and delivery for residential customers.
- We will gladly quote out-of-town customers and provide expediting services anywhere in the US.
